Making Your Membership Even More Valuable…

Credit Card Upgrade Coming Soon!

As part of our system upgrade we are making exciting new improvements to our credit card program. This upgrade includes switching our existing card from Visa® to MasterCard®. For enhanced security, we’ll be issuing new credit cards with EMV-chip technology that creates a unique code for each transaction, making counterfeiting much more difficult. The new chip cards will contain the standard magnetic stripe to accommodate merchants who don’t yet have the new technology. For more information about the credit card change please read the information that was mailed to current credit card holders in early October.

Important Dates

October 24, 2016 – new PIN numbers are expected to be mailed.
November 2, 2016 – new credit cards (MasterCard) are expected to be mailed.
November 13, 2016 – last date to use your Visa credit card.
November 14, 2016 – first day you can call to activate your new MasterCard.

Change in Terms Notification as of November 1, 2016

Due Date Change – Your current monthly payment due date will be changed to the 28th of each month beginning in November 2016. This means that your October Visa statement payment is not due until November 28, 2016 and your grace period will be extended from your current date through November 28, 2016.
Card transactions occurring October 21st through November 30th will have a payment due date of December 28, 2016.

  • If you have an automatic bill payment for your credit card bill, be sure to update the address and account number.
  • If you have recurring merchant payments tied to your credit card, you will need to inform them of your new card number (examples: EZ Pass, utilities, gym memberships, prescription refills, etc.)

Enhancements

  • Beginning November 14th, your credit card information will be available through It’s Me 247 online banking, where you can check your balance, view transactions and complete payment transfers. eZCardInfo.com will no longer provide you your credit card information after November 13, 2016.
  • Credit Card Statements: Credit Card Statements will be mailed monthly. If you currently receive a monthly statement containing savings or checking account activity, please note that your credit card statement will be included in this mailing. Individuals enrolled in eStatements will receive credit card statements electronically.

New Information

  • The ScoreCard Rewards Program will continue however your points total will not appear on the card statements. We have placed a link to ScoreCard Rewards on our chfcu.org website under Quick Links and within It’s Me 247 online banking under Info Center, Helpful Links. The ScoreCard Rewards website is also shown on your statement.
  • When viewing your ScoreCard points between November 11, 2016 and early January 2017 you will only see your point balance as November 11th. In early January all transactions that occurred between 11/11/2016 and 1/9/2017 will be loaded and your points total will be updated.
