Debit Cards

We mailed active debit card holders a letter informing you that we are switching from Visa debit cards to new MasterCard EMV chip debit cards to provide enhanced security. Please read the letter in order to understand the timing of the card switch. Temporarily-lowered limits for cash withdrawals and point-of-sale purchases will apply during the conversion period. Please plan ahead for your cash needs.

Loan Processing

Online loan applications will be unavailable from January 31st through 12:00 noon on February 2, 2016. After the System Upgrade you may apply online through our website or through our new It’s Me 247 Online Banking Platform. We ask for your patience during and after the System Upgrade as our loan processors will work through all applications in the order they were received. A loan processor will contact you as soon as we get to your application.

Loan Payment Coupons

Loan payment coupons will not be automatically mailed to those members paying by cash/check.  Coupons are now printable through It’s Me 247 online banking.  Member Services will also be able to print coupons upon request.
